Job summary

First Quality is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management Solution Engineer for their remote role in the United States. The role focuses on SAP TM configuration, system integration, and end-to-end transportation processes across ECC and S/4HANA.

You will lead design, testing, and documentation efforts while collaborating with business transportation teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM experience, a track record of at least two full-cycle implementations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience within SAP TM field in a techno-functional role.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP TM modules.
• Proven track record of completing at least two full-cycle SAP TM end-to-end implementations.
• Deep understanding of transportation management processes (Freight Order, Planning, Carrier, Freight Settlement).
• Strong expertise in SAP TM configuration and integration with SD, MM, EWM.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration activities, mapping and data transformation between SAP TM and other systems.
• Own SAP TM configuration, end-to-end transportation processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot SAP TM issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Document SAP TM configurations, profiles, and batch jobs; keep documentation up to date.
• Ensure SAP TM environments across ECC and S/4HANA remain synchronized.
• Perform integrated QA testing for transportation planning and management scenarios.
• Lead low-level design, testing, and implementation phases with business transport teams.
• Analyze transportation-related data and develop IT-enabled solutions with IT and user teams.
• Review TM customizations and replace with standard solutions where feasible.
