Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a SAP TMS Integration Analyst to join our Salesforce practice. This 12+ month remote role in the CST zone requires 4 years of IT business analysis in TMS, 1 year SAP FTM, and 2 years of TMS integration experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end TMS/OBC solutions and coordinate carrier payment integrations. You will define requirements, develop test plans, and support deployment across product lines while maintaining documentation,

Qualifications

• 4 years of IT business analyst road TMS experience.
• 1 year of SAP FTM experience.
• 2 years of TMS integration experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross-matrixed teams.
• All work to be completed in CST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of business needs to create better processes/solutions in the TMS/OBC space.
• Guide business customers through cost/benefit and risk analyses for new applications.
• Support Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration and backlog resolution.
• Perform requirements gathering for deployment to additional product lines.
• Provide test plans, test cases, functional testing, and UAT for owned objects.
• Support, test, and enhance information systems with error management functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide user training as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and identify workplace hazards.
• Participate in unit and integration testing; provide cutover and hypercare support.
