Job summary

BWX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP Time Management Functional Analyst to configure SAP Time Management, CATS, and Time Evaluation. The role requires collaboration with developers and business teams, testing changes, and supporting integrations for a comprehensive HCM solution.

Remote work with travel is available, with a requirement to be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain DOE clearance. The successful candidate will gather requirements, design, test, train, and deploy SAP Time

Qualifications

5+ years of SAP configuration experience with a focus on Time Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or related field.
U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain DOE clearance.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP Time Management and integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and deliver SAP Time Management solutions.
Configure and test SAP CATS Time Management and Time Evaluation.
Support integration with external time-entry applications and other SAP modules.
Investigate and resolve helpdesk tickets related to CATS timekeeping and Time Evaluation.
Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and stay current with SAP updates.
