Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP and related integrations.

You will coordinate projects, mentor teammates, and ensure data integrity across complex systems in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with eight+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse processes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Plan end-to-end testing and coordinate implementation across integrated systems; mentor team members.
