Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (STP) Lead to guide the design and implementation of end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification in a global S/4HANA Greenfield program.

The role covers solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare, with close collaboration across business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership. Remote position with global scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes.
• Lead business process harmonization and global template development.
• Manage cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Manufacturing & QM, EWM, and external systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, and production smoke testing.
