Qualifikationen

• 10+ years SAP Procurement/Materials Management experience.
• Minimum 5+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including one S/4HANA.
• Proven STP lead experience through design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Aufgaben

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive SAP Best Practices adoption.
• Own end-to-end Source-to-Pay solution design and configuration.
• Design and implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics invoice verification processes.
• Harmonize business processes and develop global templates.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration with RTR, OTC, Mfg & QM, EWM, and external systems.
• Define requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Support SAP Fiori-enabled processes and user experience requirements.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, production smoke testing.
• Create solution design docs, functional specs, configuration docs, and training material.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and transition to support teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams.
