Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Mission Systems S/4HANA Quality Process Lead to guide the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Quality processes across the Mission Systems business. This remote role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has deep aerospace/defense manufacturing experience, strong process design skills, and the ability to drive large-scale enterprise

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with extensive relevant expertise.
• Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or 7 years with an advanced degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the quality organization.
• 5+ years of SAP experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access certain information.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of operational processes into SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Coordinate operations participation across PST teams (R2R, O2C, S2P, P2S).
• Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance to reflect quality requirements in design.
• Lead design, standardization, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Quality processes.
• Ensure readiness through testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
