Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist to support a global S/4HANA ERP conversion.

This remote-enabled role requires hands-on SAP FI/CO expertise, strong tax knowledge, and a focus on data integrity across interfaces and reporting. You will lead analyses of legacy interfaces, design future state interfaces, review technical designs, and oversee S/4HANA testing, including UAT and bug-tracking to meet project timelines for the client’s

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP implementation experience focused on Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and ERP conversion projects.
• Hands-on with interface specifications and end-to-end testing in Finance and Tax.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams for direct implementation work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement.
• LATAM implementation experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing interfaces in the legacy ECC environment and identify simplification opportunities.
• Design future state interfaces focusing on financial reporting, tax, and accounting impact.
• Review specifications and technical design and guide areas with gaps in coverage.
• Oversee system integration testing and provide impact analysis on defects.
• Organize and execute User Acceptance Testing for interfaces and tax reporting.
• Track bug fixes and testing issues to ensure timely deployment per project timelines.
