Job summary

Pioneer Management Consulting is seeking a SAP Business Process Lead for SAP PLM. You will drive transformation of the PLM workstream, guide workshops, and ensure process integrity across design, build, and deployment.

This contract role is remote with periodic travel to client sites. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA PLM, BOM, product data management, and BPMN is required, with a track record of shaping business processes around SAP.

Qualifications

• Deep SAP-focused business process design experience.
• Experience implementing SAP as a business-led initiative with process-driven design.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PLM functionality: BOM, product structure, data management, and change management.
• Past experience creating business process flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business through the PLM workstream transformation.
• Guide the program through fit-to-standard workshops for PLM.
• Resolve cross-workstream process dependencies.
• Maintain process integrity across design, build, and deployment.
