Job summary

Nasscomm, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP OTC / SD Consultant to lead and support Order-to-Cash solutions across SAP SD and AR processes. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to Raleigh, NC.

You will design, configure, test, and optimize OTC workflows, collaborate with global teams, and produce documentation and end-user training. Strong SAP SD expertise and AR/FI integration are required. If you excel in cross-functional delivery, have a proven project lifecycle track record,

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP SD experience across OTC processes.
Proven ability to design, configure, test, and support OTC/SD/AR interfaces.
Experience working with remote/global teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit/AR integration.
Configure, customize, and optimize SAP SD and AR modules to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
Design, test, and support interfaces, reports, and data conversions across OTC domain.
Troubleshoot complex functional issues and provide go-live support.
Prepare documentation and end-user training materials.
