Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create and process sales orders accurately in SAP.
• Issue timely order confirmations to customers.
• Monitor Automatic Order Confirmation (AOC) compliance.
• Track and verify manual order confirmations.
• Record and communicate any delays proactively.
• Conduct internal reviews of sales orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for complex orders.
• Focus on performance improvements.
• Analyse air freight orders to optimise cost and delivery.
• Ensure shipment mode aligns with expectations.
• Generate debit memos for financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with SCM and Operations teams.
• Monitor safety stock levels.
