Job summary

RTX is seeking an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash to support the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation Program, delivering standardized SAP S/4HANA capabilities across blueprint, build, testing, and cutover phases.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to design processes, map data, and prepare specs; travel up to 25–50% and enable go‑live performance while driving harmonization of O2C workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in SAP O2C including order management, invoicing, and project systems.
• In-depth SAP knowledge including Sales & Distribution or Project System.
• Experience with Agile or iterative software development methods.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint – design processes, evaluate gaps and decide scope.
• Build – configure SAP capabilities with RTX and external resources.
• Testing – assist test scenarios/scripts and defect resolution.
• Cutover & Hypercare – support migration and go-live performance.
• Collaborate with business and digital teams to define ERP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Assist data team in data mapping and testing.
• Create docs for configurations, processes, data policies.
• Deliver specs for forms, reports, enhancements, integrations and workflows.
• Travel up to 25%–50%.
