Job summary

Avient Corporation seeks an SAP Business Integration Lead to drive a global SAP-enabled transformation. You will own end-to-end SAP programs, partner with business leaders and IT, and ensure scalable, standardized processes across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

The role requires extensive SAP experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive SAP experience with leadership of full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP domains and global initiative delivery.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation and transformation end-to-end across ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Partner with business and IT to shape process design and roadmap alignment.
• Direct and manage third-party partners to meet commitments and quality.
• Coordinate testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor analysts and foster SAP capability within the team.
