You will drive workshops, design scalable planning solutions, and guide large-scale data migrations to achieve optimal forecasting and inventory outcomes. Ideally you bring deep expertise in S/OP, Demand and Supply Planning, and integration with non-SAP systems, along with strong stakeholder communications and a strategic mindset aligned

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP IBP projects and workshops.
• Translate business needs into SAP IBP designs.
• Experience with data migration and validation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution design workshops.
• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions covering S&OP, Demand, Supply, and Inventory.
• Oversee data readiness and integration with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CPI-DS, RTI, and non-SAP systems.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and cutover activities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.
