Paralucent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP Finance expertise to support complex enterprise initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across Canada and international locations to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of BA experience, deep SAP FI knowledge, and excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI).
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze SAP FI processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document requirements and prepare clear functional specifications for Tech teams.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and SAP/IT teams during delivery.
• Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
