Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Specialist for a remote contract (W2) role, focusing on SAP ecosystems and modern integration platforms. You will design, develop, and support scalable integrations between SAP, ERP, CRM, SaaS apps, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in enterprise integration or middleware development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Deep understanding of SAP application integration including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, and SAP APIs.
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring.
• Understanding of enterprise security, authentication, and API management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Integration: Design, develop, and implement integrations across ERP, CRM, e-commerce, POS, and cloud platforms.
• SAP Integration: Build and maintain integrations involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris.
• iPaaS & Middleware: Develop integration workflows using Workato or similar platforms (CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• API Development: Design and consume REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging OData and SAP interfaces.
• Data Transformation: Map, transform, validate, synchronize, and orchestrate data across systems.
• Integration Architecture: Apply API-led, event-driven, batch, real-time patterns.
• Monitoring & Support: Troubleshoot, log, alert, retry, and optimize performance.
• Security & Governance: Enforce authentication, authorization, API security, data protection.
