Qualifications

• Five years of relevant technical or analytical experience in financial operations or related field.
• Five years administering SAP BusinessObjects in enterprise environments.
• Experience in cloud-hosted environments (Azure, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects BI platform across environments.
• Monitor services, job servers, and reporting workloads for high availability.
• Maintain existing Azure VMs hosting BusinessObjects.
• Troubleshoot issues across BI components, databases, and OS layers.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline admin tasks.
• Conduct security audits and apply patches to maintain integrity.
• Provide time/resource estimates for projects and tasks.
• Prepare documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Stay current with product features and recommend improvements.
• Resolve support tickets efficiently and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, data analysts, developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
