Job summary

Revolutional is seeking a skilled BusinessObjects Administrator to administer and support the SAP BusinessObjects BI platform across development, QA, and production environments, including Azure VMs. You will ensure reliable, secure operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Azure engineering team.

The role requires 5+ years in related field, US citizenship for Public Trust clearance, and hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and BI tools such

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business, CS or related field; Master’s may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technical or analytical experience in financial operations, business management, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering SAP BusinessObjects in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting BusinessObjects in cloud-hosted environments (Azure/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience scripting/automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, performance optimization, backup/recovery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the SAP BusinessObjects BI platform across development, QA, and production.
• Monitor services, job servers, and reporting workloads for high availability and performance.
• Manage and maintain existing Azure VMs hosting BusinessObjects.
• Troubleshoot system admin issues across BO components, databases, and OS layers.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline admin tasks.
• Conduct security audits and apply patches to maintain security.
