Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics).
• 3–5 years in process analysis or operations improvement roles.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings remotely.

Responsibilities
