Phizenix Inc. is seeking a SAM Pro / SaaS License Management Specialist with strong ServiceNow experience for a remote contract role.

You will oversee software asset management, optimize SaaS licenses, implement integrations, and develop the platform with data feeds and dashboards. Candidates should have hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience and be able to drive cost savings through license reclamation and governance.

Formación

• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and SaaS license management.
• Normalization of software models, entitlements, and license reclamation.
• Skilled in building integrations and data feeds using REST APIs.
• CIS-SAM and CSA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Normalize 18K+ software models and classify apps vs IT components.
• Manage entitlements; identify unused licenses; drive cost savings.
• Configure ServiceNow SaaS License Management and tracking of SaaS apps.
• Build web gateway, SSO, and expense-data integrations for usage data.
• Develop scheduled data feeds to the portfolio platform; replace manual pulls.
• Implement attributes like criticality, purpose, and data classification.
• Configure owner attestation and promotion workflows.
• Maintain CMDB Health dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve governance and license optimization.
