Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a UI/UX Designer with Salesforce experience to support our government customer in a remote role requiring Public Trust Clearance. You’ll drive intuitive Salesforce interfaces, focusing on user-centered design and strong portfolio work.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers, create wireframes, prototypes, and ensure SLDS-compliant UI across Salesforce apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with Salesforce design experience
Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

Responsibilities

Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements
Creating user-centric designs that enhance usability and user experience within Salesforce applications
Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
Working closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency with Salesforce platform standards
Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to iterate on designs
Implementing Salesforce customizations and configurations to achieve the desired UI
Ensuring design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all Salesforce applications
