Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/CRM development or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead or equivalent role.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Guide developers on solution design, coding standards, and reusable components.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Design and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop with governor limits, performance, security, and maintainability in mind.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data access models.
• Collaborate with architects on design, integrations, data architecture, and platform strategy.
• Work with QA on testing and defect resolution; support CI/CD and deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning; mentor team members.
