Job summary

Fundingo is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to set technical direction, own architecture decisions, review code, and guide Salesforce developers across projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on Apex and Lightning Web Components, intricate data migrations, and integrations for a cloud-based lending platform.

You will balance speed, scale, and maintainability while driving best practices, code quality, and collaboration with sales and customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC)
• 2+ years leading technical work on projects
• Experience guiding design decisions for Salesforce projects
• Strong architecture decision experience on Salesforce projects
• Experience mentoring developers and raising team skill levels
• Experience with data migrations and integrations

Responsibilities

• Own technical design for delivery projects and communicate designs to team and customers
• Lead Git-based development workflow and enforce coding standards
• Review PRs for correctness, security, and performance
• Guide developers, pair with them, and unblock blockers
• Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customers and translate requirements into design
• Be the technical point of contact for integrations and data migrations
• Support go-live readiness and release coordination
