Job summary

Growth Heroes is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead client-facing deployments. You will guide 2 developers, balance declarative configuration with Apex/LWC development, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across Sales, Service, and Field Service clouds.

You will manage projects and people, design patterns, and drive architecture decisions. This fully remote, full-time role emphasizes delivery, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce configuration experience.
• 3+ years leading technical implementations.
• Experience with client-facing projects in a consulting setting.
• Previous management of at least one employee.
• Hands-on Apex and/or Lightning Web Components development.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile deployment of Salesforce customizations within budget and timeline.
• Build and review declarative and code-based solutions; design patterns.
• Oversee architecture and data migrations; ensure security and performance.
• Run weekly client meetings; manage project tasks and team workload.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
