Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise across Salesforce Cloud stacks, integration patterns with MuleSoft, and DevOps practices, with remote work flexibility and support for work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience as Salesforce Architect/Lead delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
- Deep expertise across Salesforce Platform, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and FSC.
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
- Architect solutions across Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, and Industry Cloud.
- Analyze requirements and map Salesforce capabilities to processes with minimal customization.
- Design scalable solutions with Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs.
- Implement enterprise integration using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
