Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Biomedical Services. You will partner with stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

The role is 100% remote in the United States with ~10% travel to leadership meetings and roadmap sessions. Candidates must have 10+ years of Salesforce experience and Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Business Admin or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product Suite.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and code development for Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and configuration: Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, platform events, batch processing, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Biomedical services products.
• Establish reusable design patterns, coding standards, and architectural guardrails to improve maintainability.
• Partner with diverse teams to develop scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Own architecture documentation including ADRs, blueprints, and standards.
• Mentor senior developers and lead architecture reviews.
