Pierce Washington LLC is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver Q2C automation solutions. You will lead workshops, define architecture, and collaborate with consultants and developers to implement declarative configurations and customizations, ensuring successful ERP integrations and best practices.

The role offers 100% remote work with opportunities to work with clients in the High Tech and Manufacturing sectors, requiring strong communication

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity with Sales/Service Cloud
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ; Billing and Experience Cloud preferred
• Lead 4+ CPQ projects with ERP integrations
• Strong data modeling and ERP integration knowledge
• Hands-on declarative configuration implementing products, price books, price rules, flows, approvals, invoicing
• Experience with flows, Apex, triggers and web services
• Active Salesforce certifications and ability to obtain more within months
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Q2C automation solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud from discovery to implementation
• Gather, synthesize and translate requirements into well-architected solutions
• Lead discovery workshops to document current and future state processes
• Design architecture diagrams showing Salesforce ERP integrations
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate functionality
• Act as solution owner during implementation ensuring scope and outcomes
• Review solution architecture with the team before design and development
• Coach Consultants and Developers on declarative/configuration work
• Explain Revenue Cloud capabilities and constraints to clients
• Present solution options and evaluate declarative vs code approaches
• Provide level-of-effort estimates and communicate risks/benefits
• Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and acquisitions
• Assist in interviewing candidates for the practice
