Job summary

LTS is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Release Engineer to join our team and support a program with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role is 100% remote and focused on managing release processes and ensuring smooth deployments within Salesforce environments.

You will oversee CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot release-related issues, and document improvements while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in release management or a similar role.
• Experience managing releases in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices.
• Proficiency with Copado (Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, Compliance Hub).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with code quality tools (CodeScan, PMD).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
