Job summary

General Dynamics Corporation seeks a Salesforce Performance Tester to evaluate scalability and response times across Salesforce environments, integrations, and APIs. You will design and execute tests, analyze results, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The role requires 8+ years in performance testing and 4+ years with Salesforce, plus eligibility for CMS clearance. Remote-friendly with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, 4+ years in Salesforce performance testing.
• Extensive experience with large Salesforce projects and terminology.
• QA Test management on Salesforce including UI, back end, and integrations.
• Experience developing automation test scripts from scratch and test automation activities.
• Experience with tools like LoadRunner, Selenium, RESTful services, and Jenkins/GitHub integrations.
• Ability to document test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of API performance testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical topics to stakeholders.
• Eligible to obtain CMS Public Trust clearance (T4) and US residency in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Salesforce applications for scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across environments.
• Plan, design, execute, and analyze performance tests for Salesforce Orgs, Integrations, APIs, and components.
• Develop and execute performance test strategies for Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Create and run performance scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and related tools.
• Capture and report performance metrics including Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP, and LWC components.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize performance and monitoring.
• Validate scalability for high traffic portals, API traffic, and enterprise releases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and conduct peer reviews of test cases and documents.
