Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in software development or HS/GED with 12+ years in software development.
• Experience in Salesforce development with nCino configurations and integration patterns.
• Strong experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), DevOps, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and apply standard design patterns.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and core banking systems using modern patterns.
• Contribute to DevOps practices with GitLab, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Perform code reviews and collaborate across teams to drive quality.
