Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a mid‑level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer for enterprise digital transformation and integration initiatives. The role develops Salesforce solutions, designs APIs with MuleSoft, and supports cloud CRM ecosystems enabling customer engagement and data exchange.

U.S. citizen or PR with active Public Trust clearance required; W2 basis with medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and life insurance. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. Rate: $60–$65/hr W2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of MuleSoft development or integration experience.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and API best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions using Anypoint Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including ERP, HR, financial, and data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Implement API‑led connectivity and event‑driven architectures.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
