Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a mid‑level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to support enterprise digital transformation and integration efforts. The role will design and configure Salesforce solutions, build MuleSoft APIs, and enable data exchange across platforms.

Due to federal security requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with an active Public Trust clearance and be willing to work on a W2 basis. Rate ranges from $60 to $65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of MuleSoft development or integration experience.
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and API best practices.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Preferred: Integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions using Anypoint Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including ERP, HR, financial, and data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
• Implement API‑led connectivity and event‑driven architectures.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
• Develop technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning activities.
