Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a mid-level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to support enterprise digital transformation and integration initiatives. The role will develop Salesforce solutions, design APIs and integrations using MuleSoft, and support cloud-based CRM ecosystems that enable customer engagement, workflow automation, and data exchange across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years IT experience; 3+ years Salesforce development; 2+ years MuleSoft development/integration.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, REST and SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools.
Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform.
Build integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, HR, finance, data platforms).
Analyze requirements and translate to scalable technical solutions.
Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
Configure Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
Implement API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
Create technical docs, designs, and procedures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
