Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years MuleSoft development or integration experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong integration architecture and API best practices.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Preferred: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and federated cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Flows and declarative tools.
• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations with Anypoint Platform.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and ERP/HR/financial/data platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services.
• Configure Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Clouds and Public Sector solutions.
• Implement API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
