Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a mid-level Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to support enterprise digital transformation on a remote basis. The role involves designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, building MuleSoft APIs, and enabling data exchange across enterprise platforms in a federal context.

Applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident with an active Public Trust clearance and willing to work on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development
• 2+ years of MuleSoft development or integration experience
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce Flow
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong integration architecture understanding and API best practices
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Preferred: Public Sector Solutions and Gov/ Federal experience
• Preferred: Cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative tools
• Develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform
• Build integrations between Salesforce and ERP, HR, financial, and data platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop reusable APIs, integration patterns, and shared services
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions
• Implement API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Support releases, deployments, and DevOps activities
• Create technical documentation and solution designs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews
