Job summary

VXForward is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to shape our omnichannel campaigns. You will design and implement cloud-based marketing solutions, collaborate across teams, and optimize data models for segmentation and personalization.

Remote opportunity within the United States. The ideal candidate brings hands-on MC expertise, strong SQL/AMPscript/SSJS, and experience with CRM integrations and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and related tools.
• Strong SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
• Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Data Extensions, segmentation, and personalization solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration, Marketing Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience with enterprise solution architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, testing, deployment, and release management practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
