Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Consultant to lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions for life sciences clients.

You will blend hands‑on configuration and custom development with stakeholder partnership, drive sound technical design, mentor teammates, and deliver secure, maintainable integrations across regulated environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce consulting
Proficient in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and OmniStudio
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
Strong understanding of security best practices
Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

Lead delivery on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and custom development solutions.
