Job summary

Forbes Travel Guide is seeking a detail-oriented Integration Specialist to support our Salesforce ecosystem by building, configuring, testing and maintaining Salesforce-connected forms and digital workflows that support partner engagement and operations.

You will leverage declarative Salesforce tools and middleware such as Titan Web and Workato to ensure reliable data flow, clean data capture and seamless integrations across the organization, in a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required.
• Experience implementing Salesforce-integrated forms platforms (Titan preferred).
• Experience with webhooks, APIs, and middleware like Workato.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows.
• Manage and test integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
• Configure webhooks and middleware integrations using Workato.
• Support digital experience platforms connected to Salesforce.
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams.
• Monitor integration performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation for integrations and workflows.
