Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead end-to-end architecture, integration, and governance while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing FSC-based solutions for banking/finance customers.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts and FlexCards.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and banking systems.
• Ensure security governance and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.
