Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce FSC solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will lead end-to-end architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical leadership and governance.

You will implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud, build onboarding journeys, define integration architecture via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, and ensure security and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience with scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job description

As a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable Salesforce technical solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and customer-focused solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and solution design.

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.

• Build customer onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.

• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and best practices while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.

What you need to have to be considered

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio , including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture .

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience, with the ability to design scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

• Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting .

• Experience leading teams and providing technical solutions, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

These will help you stand out

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.

• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud , including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

• Banking domain experience with wealth management .

• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or AI-powered customer engagement solutions .

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 pa - $180,000pa depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
