Jobgether is seeking a seasoned Salesforce engineering leader in the United States to guide a team of engineers and admins. You will drive performance management, mentoring, recruitment, onboarding, and career development while maintaining a hands-on contribution of about 25% of each cycle.

Collaborate with platform operations and architecture teams to prioritize work, ensure predictable delivery, and promote engineering best practices.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years managing Salesforce engineering teams (developers/administrators).
• Deep Salesforce expertise: Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flow, security/sharing models, governor limits, data architecture.
• Strong Salesforce DevOps experience: SFDX, Git, CI/CD, sandbox management, automated testing.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Balance hands-on engineering with people management and team development.
• Experience in hospitality/travel/timeshare/reservation industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience using Linear or similar project management tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and introducing them into workflows is a plus.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce engineers and admins through performance management, career development, mentoring, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with platform operations and Salesforce architecture teams to prioritize initiatives, manage team capacity, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Maintain an active technical contribution, dedicating approximately 25% of a typical engineering cycle to hands-on development.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Customer Care, Operations, Finance, Product, and leadership to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, source-driven development, and technical documentation.
• Improve platform stability, performance, and maintainability while identifying and reducing technical debt.
• Act as an escalation point for technical incidents, facilitate blameless postmortems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that team priorities, workloads, deliverables, and progress are clearly documented, tracked, and communicated.
