Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an entry-level, fully remote Salesforce-focused professional to support core Salesforce applications and surrounding tools. In the first year you’ll handle support, configuration, and user administration, with potential growth into development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You will learn via hands-on training and remote mentorship, while expanding your knowledge of related tools like Gainsight, Gong, Outreach, and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

• You have built something on Salesforce in an internship, co-op, academic project or personal project.
• You have written code in a language such as Java, JavaScript, Python or C#.
• You can learn a new application on your own, and you are open to hands‑on training on any application we use around Salesforce.
• You can explain a fix in plain words to someone outside IT.
• You have a degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer support tickets and manage user access and licenses.
• Fix data that fails to sync with Salesforce.
• Make Salesforce changes to fields, layouts and flows, which automate work without code.
• Grow into Apex, the Salesforce programming language, and Lightning Web Components.
• Learn and support any application we use around Salesforce, such as Gainsight, LEAH, Gong and Outreach.
