Qualifications

• You have built Salesforce experiences via internship, co-op, academic project or personal project.
• You have written code in Java, JavaScript, Python or C#.
• You can learn a new application on your own and via hands-on training.
• You can explain a fix in plain words to someone outside IT.
• You have a degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A Salesforce Associate, Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• Progress on Trailhead or familiarity with SQL/REST APIs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer support tickets and manage user access and licenses.
• Fix data that fails to sync with Salesforce.
• Make Salesforce changes to fields, layouts and flows to automate work.
• Grow into Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Learn and support any application used around Salesforce (Gainsight, LEAH, Gong, Outreach).
