Stryker in the United States (Dallas) seeks a Salesforce Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-driven solutions that enhance account management and customer engagement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering, 2+ years Salesforce experience, and hands-on Apex and LWC coding, APIs, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) coding.
• Strong OO programming knowledge and API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce deployments, source control, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production-level code for scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Document technical specifications for new features and governance.
• Develop custom software, databases, and automated tests to support stability.
• Coordinate QA/UAT and ensure production-ready deployments.
