Job summary

Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a remote, full-time role with a salary of $125,000–$140,000. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or engineering field.
At least two years Salesforce development and testing in the last ten years on projects with contract value of at least $250,000.
At least two years experience on projects involving modern application stacks.
In the last ten years, five years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, with at least three years in a lead capacity.
Must provide client reference information upon request.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed solution specifications and recommendations.
Develop integrations with other systems and create data models.
Lead project management activities and manage WBS, schedule, risk and communication.
Review As-Is architecture and analyze legacy systems for modernization.
Release management, CI/CD, and deployment planning.
Knowledge transfer, training materials, and knowledge transfer reporting.
Post-implementation support and system monitoring.
