Job summary

Jobrapido in the United States is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer for a full-time remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions that support our core business processes and integrations.

Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and IT to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will configure environments, enforce security and data integrity, and keep pace with Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com development, including Apex programming and customization of core Salesforce features.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages for building engaging user interfaces and custom functionalities.
• Strong Salesforce administration skills, including configuration, user management, security settings, and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, integration concepts, and best practices within Salesforce.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator are highly desirable.
• Experience working in remote, collaborative team environments with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in deployment activities, including testing, documentation, and release management.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations, data migrations, and ongoing enhancements.
