Job summary

The Hebrew Free Loan Society is seeking a detail-oriented Systems & Data Officer to join a two-person team. You will manage Salesforce admin, data quality, reports, and staff-facing forms, while improving workflows and data migration. This remote role requires occasional NYC visits and supports Google Workspace, Box, Zoom, Slack, and Asana.

Start date September/October 2026; compensation $77,000–$87,000 per year, plus health, vision, dental and retirement benefits. HFLS values equity and service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of professional experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting with high accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and large datasets
• Strong communication skills to support non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Comfort with learning new tools and staying current with platform updates

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Salesforce administration including user access, permissions, fields, accounts, mapping, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
• Respond to Help Desk requests and troubleshoot system issues across the organization
• Test Salesforce updates, packages, automations, and integrations before launch, document issues and resolutions
• Build, test, and maintain client-facing forms in Form Titan and map to Salesforce
