Job summary

ClinDCast LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud specialist to design and implement data cloud solutions and data models for complex enterprise data.

The role involves configuring data streams, DLOs/DMOs, identity resolution, and building robust data pipelines using APIs and MuleSoft, with an emphasis on data quality and regulatory compliance. Remote work is supported, with collaboration across Salesforce developers and business teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on Data Cloud expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, SQL, and data transformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Data Cloud certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data models.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution.
• Manage data pipelines using APIs, ETL tools, or MuleSoft to connect external data sources.
• Develop and manage data ingestion and integration using APIs, MuleSoft, and other ETL tools.
• Configure Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Data Actions.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot data quality, integration, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and business teams.
