Job summary

JST in the United States is seeking a Cloud Developer (Apex/LWC) to support our team on a remote, six-month contract. The role centers on delivering a member portal with a self‑assessment, a progress-tracking system, and document uploads for federal users.

You will write custom code for rules, derive tiers from answers, implement deadline calculations, and ensure Section 508 accessibility. The position also covers workflow for class requests and counselor approvals, with potential extension

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II preferred.
• Experience Cloud site build with Apex, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Section 508/WCAG accessibility on live sites.
• Federal portal experience or citizen-facing Salesforce portal is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the member portal with a self-assessment flow, progress tracking, and document uploads.
• Implement custom rules for tier derivation and readiness requirements.
• Build deadline calculations anchored to a member's separation date.
• Ensure Section 508 accessibility for the portal.
• Enable members to request classes and counselors to approve them.
