Job summary

Coefficient Giving hires a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst to own admin and discovery work across Salesforce and related tools. You will manage ticket triage, declarative updates, and requirement gathering for cross-system workflows with Airtable, Slack, Claude-powered workflows, and FormAssembly.

The role balances 60/40 administration vs business analysis, supports remote work with daily overlap with US Eastern time, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce configuration and declarative build experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, plus Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build on platform, delivering enhancements and new features declaratively.
• Own a meaningful share of our incoming ticket triage rotation alongside project work.
• Deploy changes from sandbox to production with DevOps practices.
• Support users through User Acceptance Testing and signoff processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system functionality.
• Proactively propose enhancements and bug fixes to existing systems and processes.
• Own case and project intake, lead discovery sessions, write requirements and estimates.
